  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 0–7 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select serviceable pin codes. DNUTRIXN reserves the right to restrict COD orders for accounts identified as high-risk or those with a history of repeated returns.

5. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled without any charges.
  • After Dispatch: If a cancellation request is made after the order has left our facility, actual shipping and handling charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • COD Refusal: For Cash on Delivery orders, refusing to accept the shipment may lead to a permanent restriction of COD services for your future orders.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failure

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. DNUTRIXN is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
  • Incomplete contact details (phone numbers/email).
  • Customer unavailability at the delivery location during delivery attempts.
