Return & Replacement Policy – DNUTRIXN
1. Nature of Products
All DNUTRIXN products are food and dietary supplements intended for personal consumption. Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of these products, items once delivered cannot be returned for a refund. However, customers may request a replacement within 5 days of delivery if the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you encounter any issues with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Review Period: Our team will investigate the concern within 48–72 hours before approving a replacement.
3. Eligibility for Replacement
Replacement requests are only considered under the following specific circumstances:
- Damaged Condition: Product received with the inner seal broken.
- Wrong Item: Incorrect product delivered.
- Manufacturing Defect: Quality issues from the production phase.
- Quantity Mismatch: Missing items or incorrect quantity.

Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the condition of the product is required for all claims.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacements will not be accepted in the following scenarios:
- Product has been opened or used.
- Dislike of taste or flavor.
- Personal physical reactions or preferences.
- Damage only to the outer shipping box.
- Claims raised after the 24-hour notification window.
- Product returned without the original packaging and invoice.
5. Replacement Process
- Approval: Once your request is approved, you may be asked to return the unused product in its original packaging.
- Inspection: After we receive and verify the item, a replacement will be shipped.
- Verification: If the product is found to be in proper condition upon inspection, the original item may be sent back to you, and shipping charges may apply.
DNUTRIXN reserves the right to approve or reject any replacement request after investigation.
6. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund (minus payment gateway charges).
- After Dispatch: Cancellation is no longer possible once the order has been shipped.
- Fees: For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, payment gateway charges (up to 5%) may be deducted.
